Serving Chicago & IL
Custom Canopy Tents in Chicago, IL
Full-color printed pop up canopy tents, sidewalls, feather flags and table covers for Chicago vendors. Every canopy is built on a commercial 40mm aluminum hex frame and printed with dye-sublimation so your booth still looks new after a full season of summer street fests, lakefront markets and large trade shows.
Why Chicago vendors order printed tents from us
Chicago exhibitors deal with lakefront wind that demands serious ballast, so a hardware-store canopy rarely survives a season. Our frames use 40mm aluminum hex legs with a lifetime hardware warranty and a two-year canopy material warranty, and the 600D weatherproof polyester top is printed edge to edge rather than screened in spots. Whether you set up at McCormick Place, Navy Pier, Maxwell Street Market or a neighborhood pop-up, the same kit packs into a wheeled bag and goes up in minutes with two people.
We ship to Chicago and nearby Evanston, Naperville, Oak Park, Schaumburg, Gary. Upload artwork, approve a free rendered proof of every panel, and we print, pack and ship — no local print broker markup, no guessing at how the logo will land on the valance.

- Do you deliver custom canopy tents to Chicago, IL?
- Yes. We print every canopy in-house and ship to Chicago and the surrounding area including Evanston, Naperville, Oak Park. Standard production is followed by ground shipping, and rush production is available when your Chicago event date is tight.
- Which tent size works best for Chicago events?
- Most Chicago vendors book a 10x10 space, so the 10x10 custom canopy is the default. Double booths at McCormick Place and similar venues take a 10x20, while 10x15 suits food vendors who need extra prep room behind the counter.
- How do I anchor a pop up tent in Chicago?
- Plan for lakefront wind that demands serious ballast. On asphalt or concrete use four to six sandbags per leg pocket; on grass, stakes plus ballast. Many Chicago markets require weights on every leg regardless of surface, so we include ballast options with every package.
- Can I get artwork proofed before printing for my Chicago booth?
- Yes. Upload your logo and we return a free rendered proof of every printed panel — canopy peaks, valances, back wall and half walls — so your Chicago booth is approved before anything goes to press.

Custom canopy tent questions, answered
- How do you set up a pop up canopy tent?
- Two people carry the folded frame to the site, walk the legs apart until the scissor X-braces lock, drape the printed canopy top over the peaks, then push each one-touch leg button up to full height. A 10x10 pop up canopy tent goes up in about 60 seconds with no tools.
- How do you fold and pack a pop up tent?
- Release each leg button back to the lowest setting, pull the peak release, walk the legs inward until the frame collapses, leave the printed top attached, and slide the whole unit into the wheeled carry bag. Let the canopy dry fully before bagging to avoid mildew.
- What size banner fits a 10x10 tent?
- A standard 10ft tent valance banner runs roughly 118in x 8in per side, a half-height wall is about 118in x 40in, and a 10ft full wall covers 118in x 78in. All of our printed walls are cut to match our 10x10 canopy tent frames exactly.
- Can you wash a custom canopy tent top?
- Never machine wash a printed canopy. Spot clean the 600D polyester with mild soap and cold water, rinse, and air dry fully before folding. Machine washing breaks down the waterproof coating and can crack dye-sublimation graphics.
